Welcome to the HORSESHOE BAY PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION
The Horseshoe Bay Property Owners' Association (POA) was established in 1974 as a Texas 501(c)-4 non-profit corporation to serve the newly developed Horseshoe Bay Subdivision. The HSB POA Board of Directors also serves as the Board for The Cape, Inc. and the Horseshoe Bay Memorial Association.
To support the purpose of the POA as defined in the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws, the POA mission is to be a resource for POA members. The POA will offer social, recreational and educational activities and information. It will enforce any and all governing bylaws, covenants and deed restrictions applicable to its membership.
The POA envisions a community of members who work together to achieve a desirable place to live, work, and enjoy the benefits of family, friends and the community.
In fulfilling the POA mission and achieving the POA vision, the POA values honesty, fairness, firmness, equity, common sense, participation, respect, cooperation and neighborliness in all its actions.
