Welcome to the HORSESHOE BAY PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION
The Horseshoe Bay Property Owners' Association (POA) was established in 1974 as a Texas 501(c)-4 non-profit corporation to serve the newly developed Horseshoe Bay Subdivision. The HSB POA Board of Directors also serves as the Board for The Cape, Inc. and the Horseshoe Bay Memorial Association. 

MISSION STATEMENT
To support the purpose of the POA as defined in the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws, the POA mission is to be a resource for POA members. The POA will offer social, recreational and educational activities and information. It will enforce any and all governing bylaws, covenants and deed restrictions applicable to its membership.  

VISION STATEMENT
The POA envisions a community of members who work together to achieve a desirable place to live, work, and enjoy the benefits of family, friends and the community.  

VALUE STATEMENT
In fulfilling the POA mission and achieving the POA vision, the POA values honesty, fairness, firmness, equity, common sense, participation, respect, cooperation and neighborliness in all its actions

+ Only a few weekend dates remain available this spring and summer for POA members to rent Quail Point Lodge  for an upcoming  event.  
+ The POA recently acquired an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). The Horseshoe Bay Fire Department is offering training classes

+  Contact the POA office for information on contributing to The Friends of the Horseshoe Bay Lighthouse.   
+ The Board of Directors of the Horseshoe Bay Memorial Association announced the expansion of the number of niches at the Mausoleum later this year.  They also announced a temporary sale of the remaining niches and a pre-sale discount on 20 of the new niches.   Detail are available here. 
+ The next The Cape, Inc. Board Meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 16, 2014 immediately following the HSB POA Board Meeting.  The agenda includes a resolution by the Board to authorize the loan for The Cape Landscape Project.
